羅馬不是一天造成的...(10/22)







最近跟Abby Gymboree同學的媽聊到小朋友的體重問題, 講著講著才發現Abby還真蠻能吃的~ 難怪會有那肥嫩的"萬巒豬腳"~ 這是她每天大略的吃飯紀錄:

6:30AM~8:30AM : 6 oz of formula milk

10:30AM/ breakfast : oatmeal + egg yolk + dried grounded pork or fish
or banana + veggie baby food,
or banana/fruit + yogurt/ cottage cheese

1:00PM~2:00PM : fruit/juice
or steamed egg + grounded pork/ tofu
or snack/baby cracker
or 1/4 slice of cheese
or veggie boiled in pork/chicken bone soup

3:00~4:00 before nap : 4-6 oz of formula milk

7:00PM/ dinner : chicken + onion + carrot + celery + mushroom + rice

10:30PM~11:30PM : 6-8 oz of formula milk

到目前為止吃過的食物包括:
oatmeal/ rice/ noodle/ potato/ sweet potato/ toast/ hotdog bum/ bread/ cake/squash/ white gourd/ pumpkin/ carrot/ snow pea/ celery/ cucumber/ bitter melon/ spinach/ tomato/banana/ apple/ pear/ peach/ watermelon/ honeydew/ kiwi/ grape/ orange/ pomelo/chicken/ turkey/ pork/ white fish/ salmon/ crab/ egg/ tofu/cheese/ yogurt/ cottage cheese/ low fat ice cream

    謝太,
    你女兒吃的真多啊!聽起來好好吃也好營養喔!JJ也剛剛開始吃東西,我實在不太知道可以給他吃些什麼!小J的堂姐現在10個多月大,到現在都只還再吃稀飯哩!有空請多多教教我你都給Abby吃些什麼東西,好讓小J也可以變成萬巒豬腳!
    你看起來好忙,好辛苦!現在有了謝二寶,不要累壞了身體喔!多多保重啊!
